Customer Agreement

Snake Creek Outfitters requires a 50% non- refundable deposit to hold all dates. All balances are due upon arrival.  Any hunts booked within 60 days of the arrival date require a full payment at time of booking.  All deposits are non-refundable.  If you cannot make your reservation Snake Creek Outfitters will rebook your hunt for another agreed upon date later in the season or the following year but will not extend beyond the following season.

Snake Creek realizes unforeseen occurrences such as death or illness can prevent our clients from being able to full-fill their reservation.  Refunds on these occurrences will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 All Package prices exclude sales tax, license fees, ammunition, game shipment and gratuity.

 Archery Policy:

Archery whitetail hunts are available on a limited basis.  We reserve the right to consider a wounding of an animal to be a "kill" and therefore constitutes the fulfillment of our contract with our client.

 Alcohol Policy:

Snake Creek Outfitters does not provide alcohol nor do we allow alcohol in the field.  Alcohol purchased by the client may be consumed at the lodge by the client.

Waterfowl Policy:

All Waterfowl reservations are subject to the South Dakota waterfowl drawing. If you are not successful your hunt will take place in North Dakota where the license is available over the counter. If a client only wants to hunt in South Dakota the deposit will be held for the following season in the case of unsuccessful draw result.
