For years Snake Creek Outfitters have been caretakers of the land in South Dakota. These programs have led to world-class pheasant and deer hunting. Each year we support both a habitat and a youth community program which are financed by ourselves, our partners and clients. This year we are focusing on two main areas:

• Habitat winter food supplement program – In a number of areas that Snake Creek customer hunt we are working to provide access to winter food. This is a proven method to assure high spring hatching numbers. Money raised will be used to expand the program through South Dakota.
• Youth Community program – Hunting has always provide a great life education for all types of youth. Youth programs, foster leadership and responsibility for the environment. This year we are sponsoring a youth pheasant hunt and dog training day that will be held in the fall of 2011.

How do you get involved?

Donations are always welcome but when buying new hunting gear look for the “Support the cause” logo. Some of our vendors will donate up to 10% of your purchase to our cause on your behalf. So make sure you use our Support the Cause alliance number, 22341. When you support our cause, the habitat supports your fun. We would also love to help you with any training or hunting questions you may have.
